"Delivery was kind of all over the place"
I’ve ordered a couple times and the delivery was a bit hit or miss. One order showed up late, another one was totally fine. So I wouldn’t call it terrible, just not something I’d fully count on yet. The company wording makes it sound super smooth and reliable, but my experience was more like… sometimes yes, sometimes not

I was only trying to manage my account, but the login kept kicking me out or telling me my details were wrong. The password reset took ages, and I ended up having to chase support more than once before getting anywhere. Frustrating when it’s just basic account stuff...

I check msuspartans.com all the time for scores and team news, it usually gives me what I’m looking for. But I’m absolutely convinced some of the pages are running behind, especially older schedules or player info. Like, you can just tell it hasn’t been touched as quickly as it should be. It’s definitely not a bad site at all, but the fresh updates need to be way more consistent

I bought some gear from Michigan State Spartans and the payment process worked fine . My card went through without any problems , so no complaints there . I just wish they had a few more options , like PayPal or an easier wallet checkout . The whole checkout felt basic , and I ended up double checking everything before placing the order . It wasn’t a bad experience , just not as convenient as it could be .

"Videos worked, but I’m a bit less confident now"
I used Michigan State Spartans to watch a few game clips and streams, and to be fair, the playback was mostly smooth. There was just one brief buffering issue, so it wasn’t a big disaster or anything. Still, it did make me wonder if it’ll hold up during a full live game when I really don’t want interruptions. It’s good enough for now, but I don’t trust it quite as much as I did before.

The site feels real enough and it lines up with the MSU Spartans branding well. I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble, but a few pages felt kind of clunky and maybe not updated as often as they should be. I could be wrong, but it gave me the vibe that some sections don’t get a ton of attention. Overall, it’s fine, not great, not terrible, just average.

I checked out Michigan State Spartans for promo offers, and some of them were decent. The prices can be good if you catch the right deal. I just felt like a few of the details were hard to find, or I guess not hard, exactly, just not as clear upfront as I would’ve liked. Overall, not a bad experience, but the discounts could be explained better

"Smooth game day ticket buy"
Grabbed basketball tickets through msuspartans.com. Kind of last minute, too. I just wanted decent seats without making a whole project out of it, and it was easy. Found what I wanted fast. Checkout was quick. No weird errors or spinning pages, thankfully.
The tickets showed up in my account right after, so that was a relief. Got to the gate, pulled them up, scanned fine. Prices and fees were laid out clearly enough, which I always appreciate. Simple experience overall. I’d use it again.

I hopped on Michigan State Spartans to look up some game schedules and ticket stuff, and it was simple to figure out. I found what I needed without feeling like I was digging around forever.
The menu made sense, and it loaded fine on my phone, which I always appreciate. A couple parts made me click around more than I expected, and it got a little annoying when they didn’t seem to be where I thought.

Overall, it’s a solid site and I’d use it again. It just feels like it could be cleaned up a bit in a few places...

"Ended Up Feeling Like a Fair Deal"
I was browsing Michigan State Spartans one evening looking for a few things and, i expected the total to jump once I got to checkout. That seems to happen a lot on other sites. But as I added everything to my cart, the prices actually felt reasonable, and nothing seemed ridiculously marked up. Even the shipping wasn’t as bad as I thought it might be. By the time I placed the order, the total was right around what I had expected, maybe even a little better compared to similar stuff I’ve seen elsewhere. Overall, it felt like a solid deal and I was happy with the whole experience.

I mostly use msuspartans.com to check game schedules and see score updates, and for that it does the job well. It’s usually easy enough to find what I’m looking for. Just a warning though: on my phone, some pages can load slower than I’d like, so don’t wait until the last second if you’re trying to check something quickly. Overall, it’s still a solid site for keeping up with MSU games.

"Pretty decent, just wish there were mooore options"
It’s not bad at all, the selection is okay and I’ve found some decent stuff. I just feel like it gets a little limited sometimes, so I wish there were a few more choices to pick from.
